Withdrawal and refunds

Consumers generally have a fourteen-day withdrawal right unless a statutory exception applies.

Withdrawal can be declared by sending a clear statement to legal@layerdns.net.

BotMine is a digital service. During checkout, users may expressly agree that BotMine starts performance before the withdrawal period expires.

Users also confirm that the withdrawal right may expire under statutory rules once BotMine has fully performed the contract.

Statutory refunds are handled as required by law. Voluntary refunds may be granted for material technical outages, booking errors, or goodwill cases.

Used terms, user-caused suspensions, abuse, Discord rule violations, security violations, or already provided digital addons are not automatically refunded where legally permitted.
