Account data, bot data, Discord IDs, server IDs, encrypted bot tokens, runtime logs, addon configurations, checkout data, Mollie payment references, invoices, tax metadata, and support messages may be processed.

The exact data depends on the selected bot, addon, payment method, and support interaction.

Contract performance: account, dashboard, bot runtime, addons, entitlements, checkout, invoices, cancellation, and support.

Legitimate interests: security, abuse prevention, logs, audit trails, platform stability, and legal enforcement.

Legal obligations: invoices, accounting records, and payment references.

Consent: optional analytics and consent features.

Discord is used for OAuth and bot interactions. Mollie processes payments. Lexware Office / Lexoffice is used for invoice import and accounting. Auth.js handles sessions and login. The configured SMTP provider sends transactional emails. Google Analytics runs only after consent.

Hosting runs through the own or rented server infrastructure configured through APP_URL/NEXT_PUBLIC_APP_URL. The code does not currently configure an additional managed hosting provider such as Vercel as recipient.

Account data is kept while the account exists. Invoices and accounting records are generally retained for ten years. Bot data is kept during the active term and may be removed after expiry and a grace period. Runtime and security logs are usually kept for short periods, typically up to 30 days unless needed for security or support.

Data subjects have GDPR rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. They may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
